Ultrasonic generator circuit design

The difference in output circuit and voltage of ultrasonic generators with different circuits is an important reason for the high or low transmission efficiency. When the output voltage is large, the generator consumes a large amount of electric energy, and the vibrator is also prone to heat, and the induced electric field generated is strong. Properly adjusting the circuit and increasing the voltage output to the vibrator may achieve good results.

2. Signal source part:

The signal generation and control part using CPU as the core, adopts phase-locked loop technology, and the frequency is stable and reliable. The signal source is generally driven by 12~15V voltage to generate a square wave signal to the signal amplifying circuit; the timing control, adjustment and other additional functions of the ultrasonic generator can be completed by the signal output mode of the control signal source.
